Coating processes

Our coating processes are suitable for a great variety of applications. In the development of the processes and coating materials, the focus is on the individual requirements of our customers and the result that is to be achieved with the coating.

The coating equipment and coating systems necessary for this are developed by LOGIS itself and its partner companies.

Coating equipment and technology
The different properties that coatings are required to have and each application requires an individual solution: Only if the material, equipment and technology are optimally matched, a perfect result will be achieved.

The coating equipment and technologies that LOGIS has developed and implemented for its customers include high- and low-pressure coating equipment, spray guns with static mixers and counter-flow spray guns.

We advise our customers when selecting the optimum technology, ensure that the equipment is delivered and installed, and that the employees are instructed and trained.

Coating systems
When developing the coating systems, LOGIS matches a great variety of coating material properties - e.g. hard, elastic, wear-resistant, noise dampening, UV resistant or acid/base resistant - to the necessary processing method.

We develop our systems on the basis of liquid plastic (e.g. polyurethane). They can be applied by machine as well as by hand or they can be sprayed on. The well-engineered process technology and the use of highly reactive 2-component systems make it possible to coat a great variety of shapes seamlessly in one operation.

With LOGIS coating systems, more than just new surfaces can be coated. Through the respective systems, it is also possible to completely renovate older or worn objects. Our coating solutions are also ecologically safe and free from solvents and halogens.
